On the cleaning day, the client's personal account displays the executor's details: name and phone number. If necessary, you can contact our support service via Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

The platform works with various payment systems, so clients can pay by bank card or cash. Tips can only be given in cash. All executors are verified.

After each cleaning, the client can leave a review and rating. If the rating is low, managers will contact the client within 1-2 business days. Complaints about cleaning quality are accepted within 3 days after the order is completed. About 2000 reviews per month with an average rating of 4.6.

When ordering services, the client automatically agrees to the public offer posted on the website. A separate contract is possible for legal entities.

If a client has special requests, they are discussed individually. For example, cleaning after a party, help with space organization or specific tasks such as removing difficult stains from furniture. An hourly rate is applied for such services.

We offer special conditions for corporate clients. Offices, shops, restaurants can order regular cleanings and receive discounts and final accounting documents. A partnership is also possible, where companies receive promo codes for their employees. We also have a franchise for developing the platform in various European countries and the USA.

How it works? Cleaning duration
We only indicate the approximate service time and the number of executors for your order. This information is immediately displayed on the order page and in the confirmation email. If you think the indicated time is not enough, choose additional hours.
How it works? What is included in cleaning
Standard cleaning includes wet and dry cleaning of all surfaces: floors, furniture, skirting boards and window sills. Sanitary areas are cleaned with special attention: sinks, toilets, showers and baths are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. In the kitchen area, work surfaces, stove, sink, exterior surfaces of cabinets and appliances are washed. Not included: washing ceilings and chandeliers, moving heavy furniture, cleaning blinds, disinfecting rooms.
How it works? What cleaning products are used
We use professional cleaning products that effectively remove dirt and are safe for people, children and pets. Each partner has 4-6 different products for different surfaces: glass cleaners, degreasers, antiseptics and limescale removers. If a client has allergies, cleaners can use products provided by the client. All necessary equipment is provided.
How it works? How are rooms counted
A regular bedroom, living room or study counts as a separate room. A combined room, for example kitchen and living room, counts as one room with a kitchen area. Hallways and kitchens are included in standard cleaning at no extra charge. If a room was converted after renovation, the client can specify the number of rooms when placing the order.
How it works? How are windows counted
A window includes two panes if they don't reach the floor. A floor-to-ceiling window counts as one. A balcony door with glass panels also counts as one window. With double frames, each window counts as two. In winter, window cleaning is only possible from inside, and the price is reduced. A ladder is not provided.
How it works? Can I choose my cleaner
Clients can choose an executor if they have already worked and received positive reviews. When ordering, a list of available partners is shown. If the desired executor is not in the list, they are already booked – choose a different date or another cleaner. On the cleaning day, the client receives a notification with the executor's name and phone number. The chosen cleaner may decline due to illness or personal circumstances – in that case, a replacement will be offered.
How it works? Window cleaning
Window cleaning is done from both sides, including frames and window sills. In winter, only the inside is cleaned – low temperatures can cause glass cracks. The price of window cleaning in winter is reduced. Blind cleaning is a separate service calculated at an hourly rate.
How it works? Post-renovation cleaning
Post-renovation cleaning is a separate service since construction dust and debris require more thorough treatment. Dust is removed from all accessible surfaces, windows, door frames, furniture, bathroom and kitchen are cleaned. Stronger cleaning products are used. Removal of construction waste is not included. The price is fixed but can be revised if the scope of work is significantly larger than expected.
How it works? Basic and regular cleaning
Each of our cleanings is comprehensive and multi-hour, designed for regular maintenance of cleanliness. It includes standard work such as floor washing, dusting, cleaning in the bathroom and kitchen. If you need additional services, you can select them on the website and/or order additional hours.

How it works? How can I pay for my order
The order is paid by card, cash, Apple Pay or Google Pay after the service is completed. If you chose card payment when placing the order, we block the funds, but the charge only occurs after the service is completed (or is immediately cancelled if the order is cancelled). Payment security is guaranteed by the Stripe payment platform.
How it works? Can the order price change
The order price and estimated service time are shown on the order page. In 99% of cases, the order price does not change. If the service requires significantly more time, the price may change – we will notify you, agree on the changes and explain what specifically needs more time.

How it works? How to submit a complaint
You need to rate the service in your personal account. We will contact you within a maximum of 1-2 business days, usually on the same business day, and offer a solution.
How it works? How are complaints handled
After a user leaves a negative rating in their personal account, a ticket is created and a responsible manager is assigned. We clarify the details of the situation with the executor and immediately offer a solution that is acceptable to all parties.
How it works? How does customer support work
Real people answer messages. You can write to us via Messenger. We respond from 8 to 16 on weekdays and from 10 to 15 on weekends. We don't have a phone, but we try to respond to messages as quickly as possible through any messenger convenient for you and by email. If you want to leave feedback, the quickest way is to leave a rating in your personal account.

We only indicate the approximate service duration. Cleaning may finish an hour earlier or take more time. The time shown on the website is approximate and the maximum paid time. It helps estimate when the service will be completed.

Cancel, transfer and change an order

How it works? How to cancel an order
We have the most flexible cancellation system: if more than 4 hours remain before the order, it can simply be cancelled in your personal account. If less than 4 hours remain, it can be cancelled with a minimum payment for the executor (this money goes entirely to the executor, the platform commission is 0%). If the executor has already arrived, the full service cost will be charged.

The order start time can be changed up to 4 hours before the actual start. You need to log into your personal account and select a new time. If you chose the "Confirm time the day before the order" option, you will receive an SMS reminder in the evening – and through the link you can specify the desired time.
How it works? How to edit an order
You can edit the order in your personal account at any time – even during service execution. For example, if it's raining and there's no point in washing windows, just log into your personal account and cancel the window washing. The amount will be recalculated immediately. You can also change the payment method – for example, from cash to card or vice versa.

Discounts

How it works? How can I get a discount
You can get discounts on regular cleanings – this is not a long-term contract, just a discount on each service. The subscription can be changed and cancelled at any time. There are promo codes – for companies and for various events, which we publish on social media and in our newsletter. There is a START promo code – it works once for the first service. Promo codes can be used on pages where there is a "Promo code" field. Promo codes cannot be combined. We also offer daily discounts available directly in the calendar on the website and in the app.

How it works? Referral program
You can send a link to friends, and if an order is placed through it, you both receive referral points that can later be used to pay for services partially or fully. To get the referral link, you need to log into your personal account in the "Referral Program" section. Points never expire and can be used at any time.

How it works? Office cleaning
Office cleaning can be one-time or regular. It includes cleaning workplaces, sanitary areas, kitchen and meeting rooms. Additional services such as carpet and furniture dry cleaning or window washing can also be ordered. For legal entities, a contract for regular maintenance and accounting documents is possible.

Cleaning subscription

How it works? How does the subscription work
You simply choose on the website how often you need cleaning, and after it's completed, a new order for the future is immediately created. This is not a contract, but an order created at the chosen interval – it can be changed, cancelled, edited or rescheduled. You will receive an email and SMS about the order creation. The subscription is simply a convenient way to avoid creating regular orders manually.
