The cleaner was 20 minutes late due to heavy traffic but informed me in advance via WhatsApp. She was very friendly, and communication went well with the translation app. The cleaning quality was good on all surfaces, but the bathroom fixtures and floors were cleaned to different standards (perhaps the water for mopping the floors should have been changed more often).

Die Reinigungskraft hat sich wegen des dichten Verkehrs 20min verspätet, hat aber vorher per WhatsApp Bescheid gegeben. Sie war sehr freundlich und die Verständigung klappte mit Übersetzungsapp gut.
